Baden initiated the “Warm Homes for Alaskans Initiative”, which received the 1993 National Award for the Most Outstanding State Housing Program from the National Council of State Housing Agencies. Baden was also awarded Lifetime Achievement Awards from the U.S. Department of Energy and RESNET.

Josh Collins has been working in the retrofit market for the past 8 years. Bill Lippy has over 25 years of experience in the energy efficiency and solar energy industries. Mr. Lippy has an equity position with Fi-Foil Company, Inc. which is a Florida based manufacturer and distributor of a complete line of high performance reflective insulation and radiant barriers for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications. Mr. Lippy’s experience in the solar industry included owning and operating a solar contractor business; technical sales and support for a national solar energy distributor, and a consultant to a utility for the development of a solar domestic hot water program.
